Perfect relief for a severe migraine sufferer
Absolutely brilliant! • Postage was quick and efficient • Packaging simple and easy • Product is the perfect relief for when you feel a migraine coming and the TV/Phone/Laptop/Lamp is just too bright to bare. These have allowed me to keep active/social whilst struggling through a migraine attack, they do relieve the vicious pain from light sensitivity. Looking forward to more styles and hopefully rose lenses
MigraLens really do help
I've been using MigraLens glasses for over 5 years now and they are definitely effective at preventing my migraines, which are largely due to light sensitivity. Glad to see that they now come with a hard case as I've damaged a couple of pairs in the past.
I am very happy with the glasses feel they make a tremendous difference, already deeply attached!
Thank you for the review Liz!
The BEST migraine glasses
This is my second pair of the liberty glasses… After I unfortunately lost my first set I received last April. I love everything about them; they protect my eyes from blue light when using my iPhone or watching TV, I also use them when in all places with LED strip lighting etc. As these can trigger a migraine for me. And the liberty style is just so stylish… I’ve had many compliments and enquiries as to where people can buy them, and of course I’ve directed them your way… All I can say is these glasses really DO help to prevent a migraine. I couldn’t be without them! And supporting a small UK business is something I feel very strongly about. Well done guys for producing such practical and stylish glasses for people who suffer with migraine Kindest regards, Zoë
Thank you so much Zoe! We appreciate the support
Massively improved my quality of life
For the past year or two I've been increasingly light sensitive. Shop and office lighting caused me PAIN, being outside was too bright regardless of the weather, my computer screen was too bright even on the dimmest setting and just existing in the world with a normal amount of light was painful. I was constantly squinting or in pain or both. It was horrible. I got wind of a study that took place that concluded green light can give migraineurs relief. I bought myself a very cheap pair of essentially summer fashion/accessory glasses that were green, as a proof of concept. Within two days of wearing them I had relief from my two years' accumulation of light sensitivity!! Wonderful! Shortly after, I upgraded to these. They are lightweight, so my face doesn't get sore from wearing them and they don't aggravate migraine (or sinus) pain. They have UV protection which is obviously great. And I can look at things again! I can go outside and not be in pain! I can be in the sun! I can look at my laptop and work! I can find things in shops and not get a migraine! The few migraines I do still have are much improved, and they help significantly reduce the amount of pain/discomfort I'm in when I do have one. Because I'm not constantly struggling with light sensitivity issues, I'm further away from my migraine threshold. They even look pretty great too. Absolutely delighted with how much these glasses have improved my quality of life. For me, they are absolutely worth the cost. I suppose the biggest downside for me is that I didn't find and buy them sooner! I will also add that if you're concerned about having coloured lenses, about them changing your colour perception or contrast and so forth, it may take you a few days to adjust, but now I reckon I see colours really pretty accurately and the contrast certainly hasn't suffered. The grass might be a tiny bit greener, but that is certainly not a problem for me at all :D They've helped me immensely. If you suffer from light sensitivity and or migraines, I thoroughly recommend you try them.
Thank you so much for the review Julie!
